Two spacious rooms near the UMCG! Starting October 1, 2026, two student rooms will become available at Petrus Campersingel 145a in Groningen. Location: Petrus Campersingel is located in the charming Oosterparkwijk neighborhood. Downtown Groningen and the train station are within biking distance. Layout: Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the common hallway. From the hallway, you can access all the rooms and the common areas. Room 1 is located on the first floor and has an area of approximately 22.87 m². Rooms 3 and 3A are located on the second floor and measure approximately 6.24 m² and 15.88 m², respectively. These rooms also feature a private kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, range hood, combination oven, and refrigerator. There is also a shared kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, and combination oven. In addition, there is a shared bathroom with a shower and double sink; the toilet is located in the hallway. Finally, there is a balcony. Rent and Security Deposit: The rent for Room 1 is €825 per month, including a €75 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet. The rent for Room 3 + 3A is €875 per month, including a €75 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet. The security deposit is one month’s rent. Please note: It is not possible to apply for rental assistance for room rentals. Availability and lease term: The rooms will be available as of October 1, 2026. The lease agreement is for an indefinite term.
