The kitchen is equipped with an extractor hood, gas hob, and refrigerator. The bedroom is located on the second floor. The bathrooms are located on the ground floor and on the first floor. The common areas are shared with five other residents. Finally, the house has a spacious backyard. Rent and deposit: The rent is €558 per month, including an advance payment of €100 for gas, water, electricity, and internet. The deposit is one month's rent.
