Nice room in Lewenborg! A student room will become available on October 1, 2026, at Lichtboei 24 in Lewenborg. Location: The room is located in the Lewenborg neighborhood. There’s a shopping center in the immediate vicinity, featuring supermarkets such as ALDI and PLUS. Public transportation is also easily accessible. Additionally, the Kardingerplas is just a short distance away. Layout: Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the shared entryway, which leads to the shared living room with an open kitchen. There is also a separate restroom in the entryway. The kitchen is equipped with a range hood, gas stove, and refrigerator. The bedroom is located on the second floor. The bathrooms are on the ground floor and the first floor. The common areas are shared with five roommates. Finally, the home features a spacious backyard. Rent and security deposit: The rent is €558 per month, including a €100 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Please note: It is not possible to apply for rental assistance for room rentals. Availability and lease term: The room is available as of October 1, 2026. The lease agreement is for an indefinite term.
