Seeking a female (Dutch-speaking) roommate (ages 25–35) — Applications accepted 📅 Starting October 1 📌 Amsterdam Zuidoost (Reigersbos) 💶 €400 PLEASE NOTE: FOR TENANTS EARNING LESS THAN THE INCOME THRESHOLD (€51,537) We’re currently a shared household with two men and two women in Amsterdam Zuidoost (Reigersbos). One of the women is moving out, so we’re looking for a new roommate! The room is about 9 m². We have a shared living room of 55 m² and, of course, a kitchen, bathroom, two toilets, and a guest room/laundry room. There’s also a spacious and sunny balcony and a storage room for your bike. For this, you’ll pay €400 per month, including utilities and a cleaning service (with a standard annual increase). The security deposit is one month’s rent. There are four of us sharing the apartment, but we all keep to ourselves. When it works out, we enjoy having coffee or eating together. Sometimes we’ll go to a concert or festival together or throw a house party, but there are definitely no obligations. You’ll be sharing the apartment with a group of working professionals. We have various hobbies, such as bouldering, hiking, motorcycling, dancing, traveling, drinking beer, gaming, photography, and board games. We’re all music lovers and regularly go to concerts and festivals (together). The Reigersbos shopping center is a 7-minute walk away, where you can also catch the metro, which takes you to downtown Amsterdam in 20 minutes. The Gaasperplas is within walking distance and is a lovely, peaceful spot for nature lovers. We’re looking for someone who’s finishing school or is currently working and who plans to live with us for at least a year.
