“Camp1us,” a brand-new student/youth residence located just a few minutes from the NHL Stenden Campus and downtown Emmen. Starting November 1, a private studio apartment (approx. 28 m²) will be available in the “Camp1us” complex in Emmen. The studio features a private kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stovetop, sink, range hood, and ample storage space. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. The independent studio is located on the first floor and is fully furnished. The complex features laundry rooms equipped with washing machines and dryers, a secure bicycle parking area, private parking, and a spacious outdoor terrace. The rent is €840, including cleaning of the common areas (indoor and outdoor) and municipal taxes. Housing allowance for this residence is available to those aged 21 and older.
