The apartment has plenty of natural light and a large balcony, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. The space is beautifully arranged, making it a comfortable and welcoming home. The room is 12m², fully furnished, and includes a bed (single or double optional). You’ll also have access to a parking space and a storage room for bikes. ✨ Rent is €1,100 per month (with registration), and all bills are included (internet, water, electricity, and gas), except for a couple of extra expenses twice a year, like municipal taxes. A deposit of one month’s rent (€1,100) is required. I’m looking for a female flatmate (30+), who is easygoing, respectful, very clean and organized, a non-smoker.
