My housemate is moving out soon, and so I am looking for a new cotenant in our house in Leidsche Rijn!I am looking for a fellow young female working housemate who would be interested to do things together from time to time like cooking or watching a movie.A little bit about me: I'm Claire (she/her), in my mid-twenties. I understand most spoken Dutch. In my free time I like to play board games, cook, casually bike or walk around places, and attend small live concerts.Practical details:Utilities, wifi etc total about €110 per person.Long-term contract; ideally you would be staying for at least a year.Comes with registration and landlord requires that you make at least 3x your part of the rent. This means you must make at least €3114 a month (including bonuses I believe?).There are two bedrooms. You would take the larger bedroom, which comes with a closet, bed frame, and mattress. The rest of the apartment would be shared between us.Living room is very spacious, perfect for inviting guests over.Comes with private parking spot and balcony.Kitchen amenities: dishwasher, stove, two fridge/freezers, induction cooktop, microwaveI am aiming to have a hospi starting from Oct 21th.
