You will be living in the popular Oosterparkwijk, with the bustling center of Groningen and the Grote Markt just a few minutes away by bike. A large supermarket (Jumbo), various shops, eateries, and the UMCG hospital are literally around the corner. Both the Zernike Campus and the Central Station are quick and easy to reach by bike or bus (bus stop is nearby). In addition, the apartment has its own parking space (available to hire by arrangement), so you can park your car - or that of friends or family - there. Dankzij de grote raampartijen is de woning heerlijk ruim en geniet je van ontzettend veel lichtinval. De woonkamer met open keuken biedt toegang tot je eigen balkon (ca. 4 m²), waar je een mooi en levendig uitzicht hebt over de omgeving. Er is een aparte, comfortabele slaapkamer en een nette badkamer. Extra pluspunt voor het binnenklimaat: De woning is uitgerust met een Climarad-luchtververser.
