If you want to be where the action is, this beautifully renovated, well-maintained, and clean former carriage house is the perfect place for you! We are the city’s most fun student house, and we’re looking for a new housemate—or rather, a new family member! We are a diverse group of 7 students from all over the country. When we aren’t busy with our studies, we love enjoying a beer or a glass of wine together, sharing meals, or simply sitting down for a cup of tea. Here, you’ll make friends for LIFE! Located on the second floor, this spacious, north-facing room features a high, beamed ceiling and measures approximately 20 m². It comes equipped with a private sink (with hot and cold water) and a large, elevated bed (measuring 1.40m x 2.40m). There is plenty of room for a study area and a cozy seating space. The room will be delivered in "turn-key" condition: clean, freshly painted, with professionally cleaned carpeting and curtains. So, pack your bags—your new home is waiting for you! The room, combined with access to all common areas and a large, south-facing 40 m² roof terrace—where you can still hear the birds singing—is a fantastic space. We have (almost) everything in duplicate: toilets, showers, kitchens, dishwashers, etc. There is one standard kitchen and one new, spacious "living" kitchen where you can whip up the most delicious meals. After dinner, you can enjoy the luxury of lingering at the table, as the dishwashers take care of the cleanup! From the living kitchen, you have access to a massive, south-facing roof terrace—a perfect spot for studying or just chilling out. And all of this is right in the heart of the city, with everything you need just AROUND THE CORNER!! * No need to lug your laundry home; there’s a laundry room and a drying/ironing area on the ground floor—completely FREE of charge. * Naturally, wireless internet and a TV connection are also provided for FREE. The house is located in the absolute center of the city, within 1 km of VHL and Stenden NHL, 318 meters from a supermarket, and 596 meters from the train station. All the shops, bars, and inviting canal-side terraces are just around the corner on the Nieuwestad (Leeuwarden’s main shopping street)—you’re just a few steps away from one of the best shopping streets in the Netherlands! Koetshuis Bagijn, van buiten al een eyecather, ligt onder DE OLDEHOVE in het hart van Leeuwarden. Daar waar je graag wilt zijn, dit is een mooi verzorgd gerestyled en schoon koetshuis, je bent hier aan het juiste adres! Het allerleukste studentenhuis van de stad, zoekt een nieuw huisgenootje oftewel een nieuw familielid! Het is een gevarieerde groep van totaal 7 studenten uit alle delen van het land, iedereen houdt tussen de studie door van lekker biertjes drinken, wijnen of met elkaar eten, ook zijn wij theeleuten! Bij ons in huis maak je vrienden voor je LEVEN! Deze op het noorden gelegen royale koethuis kamer heeft een hoog plafond met balken op tweede verdieping, is circa 20 m2. Eigen wastafel w/k water een groot bed (afm. 1.40x2.40) in de lucht is aanwezig. Er is ruimte genoeg voor studie- en gezellige zithoek. De kamer wordt schoon, geschilderd, met schoongemaakte vloerbedekking en gordijnen “turn key” opgeleverd. Dus pak je koffers en bij ons staat je nieuwe domein voor jou klaar. De kamer is in combinatie met het gebruik van alle gezamenlijke ruimtes en een groot dakterras 40 m² op het zuiden, waar je de vogels nog hoort fluiten. We hebben (bijna) alles dubbel: wc's, douches, keukens, afwasmachines etc.etc. Er is 1 keuken en 1 nieuwe (uit)leef keuken waar jij de heerlijkste gerechten klaar kunt maken. Na het eten heb je comfortabele luxe van gezellig natafelen, want de vaatwassers doen het werk! Vanuit de leef keuken is toegang naar het mega dakterras op het zuiden, waar we heel wat uurtjes studeren of gezellig zitten te chillen. En dat alles in het hart van de stad met alle gezellige dingen direct OM DE HOEK!! * Geen wasgoed mee naar huis slepen, op de begane grond is een wasruimte, een droog/strijkruimte GRATIS. * Natuurlijk is wireless internet, tv-aansluiting bij ons OOK GRATIS. Het huis ligt in hartje-hartje centrum, binnen 1 km afstand van VHL en STENDEN NHL, een supermarkt 318 m en het station is op 596 m loopafstand. Alle winkels, bars en gezellige terrassen aan de gracht zijn direct om de hoek gelegen aan de Nieuwestad (de winkel hoofdstraat van Leeuwarden) en met enkele sprongen sta je ook in de gezelligste winkelstraat van Nederland! Voor deze kamer zijn wij opzoek naar een leuke spontane student(e) tussen de 17 en 25 jaar.
