Panamalaan

Hi there! My fully furnished studio in Amsterdam Oost is available while I am away. It's 41 m², spacious and full of daylight. The highlight is the large panoramic windows, and the view from them never gets old. The building also has two rooftop terraces you're free to use. Perfect for a morning coffee or a drink at sunset. It's ideal for someone with a steady income. I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will take care of the apartment as if it were their own. It would be an added bonus if you're a plant lover, since mine will need someone to water them!Rent is €1,560 (utilities included) with a €1,560 deposit.- No pets- No smokingSend me a message with a bit about yourself!
