Looking for a New Roommate (F) (Sorry, no international students) Hi, people looking for a room! We’re looking for a new roommate for our house on Borgplein, starting October 1. It’s a one-year lease. We’re two guys and one girl, all of whom have just started working or are pursuing a master’s degree. That’s why we’re looking for someone who’s also further along in their studies or has just graduated. We eat together regularly, but nothing is mandatory. We do have a cleaning schedule, though. We also enjoy watching movies and TV shows together or going out on the town every now and then. The room is on the second floor, is about 16 m², and costs €484 all-inclusive. The desk and wardrobe will remain in the room and are included in the price. Depending on what we agree on, we might be able to work something out regarding these pieces of furniture. We share a spacious living room with a dining table, a kitchen (with a dishwasher!), a bathroom, a second toilet, and a small garden with a shed. So there’s plenty of space! Our house is located in the De Hoogte neighborhood. It’s a 10-minute bike ride to the Grote Markt or Zernike. Supermarkets like AH, Lidl, Jumbo, and Plus are within walking distance.
