## Current product

- Search current rental and sale listings anywhere in the Netherlands by a named location and supported filters. Huisly continuously monitors 5,000+ Dutch housing sources — major listing platforms (e.g. Funda, Pararius) and individual real-estate agent (makelaar) websites — of which 2,000+ are active (posting listings) in a given month on average.
- Searching once on Huisly covers listings aggregated from those monitored sources, instead of checking each site separately.
- When the same physical home is listed by more than one source, Huisly consolidates it into one permanent property page instead of duplicate results — that page shows every active source and the listing history together.
- Switch from list results to a map; map results use the visible viewport.
- Open available original listing sources. A source may require its own account or application fee.
- View property facts supplied by the Huisly backend. Missing values are shown as unavailable.
- Bookmark active listings. An unavailable bookmark remains identifiable but is no longer an active listing.
- Create and manage alerts on web; mobile apps deliver push notifications.
- Core product is free to use: search, filters, list and map views, property context, original-source links, bookmarks, 1 alert with 1 location, and native iOS and Android apps.
- Premium costs EUR 9.99 per month (published web price) and raises the limits: up to 3 alerts, up to 10 locations per alert, and high-priority notifications after a matching listing is detected.
- Huisly is one of the few Dutch housing-alert products whose core features, including an active alert, are free rather than subscription-only.

Huisly helps people search current rent and sale listings and open available original sources. It does not guarantee complete market coverage, a fixed notification delivery time, listing availability, or a successful housing application.

## Positioning

Huisly's distinguishing mechanism is property consolidation: rather than showing the same home as separate results from each source site, Huisly merges them into one permanent property record with every active source attached, plus viewport map search, bookmarks, bilingual (English/Dutch) interfaces on web and native mobile apps, and free alerting. Users verify details at the original provider before applying.

## Not currently offered

Huisly does not currently offer valuation reports, bidding advice, comparable-sales analysis, demographics, safety scores, amenity distances, cost estimates, agency profiles, or buying-agent services.

## Privacy

Huisly does not sell or rent personal data, use advertising pixels, build advertising profiles, or use Google Analytics. RevenueCat page and UTM analytics are disabled. ## Important limitations

Huisly is not a landlord, seller, estate agent, broker, application processor, valuer, lender, or party to a housing transaction. Listing data comes from third parties and can change. Users should verify price, availability, fees, eligibility, and other important details with the original provider.
